Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

So uuuuuuum... This summer is gonna be full of plane ticket expenses. My problem is that I no longer have a job... so no steady income to pay for these.

So what's a girl to do? So I'm seriously thinking of doing what I've said I'd be doing for quite some time. Doing either simple costume commissions or selling plushies. Recently bought myself a Red Panda Kigurumi and I thought about possibly making something along those lines.

Problem, not sure who would be interested? x.x Someone suggested that I should just ask for donations, kind of a GET KIKALA TO OTAKON type thing, but I'd hate to do that. (I know it was in a joking manner... xD; But I seriously thought about it).

SOOOOOOOO, on a seriously note, who would be interested in this sort of thing, or have any idea's on making some extra money pretty quick?

My birthday is also coming up in June, and I might just ask everyone for monies. xD; Cause that would help a great deal.

I went to Anime Matsuri this past weekend with some friends and had a good time. We did a Dissidia skit that won best in show! :3 It was a lot of fun. (Even if I think my fighting looks kinda lame... mostly because I was afraid to swing my daggers around like I did before because one of them had broken. x.x ) I'm glad we did it though. So yeah, expect pictures of Dissidia Zidane. :3 That's basically the only thing I wore to that con.

Also Animefest is gonna be da BOMB.

So excited. Got lots of fun times planned out. FF9, Dissidia, Pokemanz, TRIGUN and some others. :3 -flail flail- excitement. I love how I went from only having Meryl at Afest to several more. x.x STOP BEING FUN GROUPS DANG IT!

Little cosplay commissions would be nice. Maybe... like small weapons or something. But plushies is a definite because they CAN be tiny cosplay commissions! Like an Oocoo (and I know I spelled that wrong) from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess would be a nice accompaniment for the Link cosplayer.

Yeah. I personally don't think I'd be very good doing weapon commissions, cause I'm really not that good at them. xD; But I wouldn't mind doing some plushie commissions. The problem would be pricing. I could easily price them around $20, but then that wouldn't be including shipping. And depending on the size, that could get pretty pricey... But I definitely think I might pick up on plushie commissions.

haha Yeah, my problem would be accepting too many and they being more difficult then I would have thought at first. Or more expensive. Because people would have to pay for materials and labor, which is something most people who buy/commission costumes don't seem to realize they need to pay for. I don't know, I guess as long as it's a simple costume (Like T.K. for example)

Yeah. See, I'm not exactly a seamstress, I can barely do a simple stitch, so I've always had to get stuff commissioned for my costumes. If you have some space open, let me know, I pay /Beautifully/ to have costumes commissioned.

XD I understand needing money. I go through that broke phase every once in a while.
