How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Mood: Euphoric

Soooooo... Matsuri went well. XD;
Had it's ups and downs... Not too sure if we'll be heading back down next year. Family hasn't been happy that I keep missing Easter with them...

But now that Matsuri is over, it's time to think ahead to the next con. Animefest!

Yes, we'll be going to A-Kon, but just for Saturday afternoon/night.
The only reason I might stay later is if I decide to bring Schrodinger, but that's not very likely.
I hope we can borrow someone's room to change out of our nightmare before christmas stuff. I'm honestly not looking forward to that like I was. :C That make up just makes these costumes miserable... and well... Ikkicon we couldn't move for pictures, just think how A-Kon is gonna be! I dunno...

Anyway, for Afest I'm so freaking excited to start on my costumes. I have most of my fabric for two of my costumes I'll be making. :3

Aw I would love to join that vocaloid group. I want to cosplay.. Gakupoid?? I forget what he's called, but the one modeled after Gackt. XD

Though I probably won't have anything new for the rest of this year because I'm working on university, and I'm gonna be working gradually on some more OC cosplay.

But I really wanna do some vocaloids!! I'll think about it... And see if I can't beg my dad to go to Afest. I really do want to go!
